White Named All-Region
Alfred State freshman Jamar White (Laurel, MD) has been named All-Region 3rd team following a solid season. White and the Pioneers finished the season 11-17 overall and 3-11 in Region III Division II games.

Alfred State and Mercyhurst North East battled back and forth in an exciting WNYAC contest. The Saints used a run mid-way through the 2nd half to propel them to a 83-72 victory.

Pioneers Score 100 in Victory
The Alfred State men's basketball team shot 60.9% from the field and hit triple digits for the first time this season in a 100-82 victory over Jamestown-Olean on Tuesday evening. The Pioneers have now won three of their last five games and are 10-15 on the year and 2-9 in WNYAC play.

#14 Monroe CC had four players finish in double figures as they downed Alfred State 81-52 in a WNYAC match-up on Saturday afternoon. The Tribunes are now 22-3, 9-1 WNYAC while the Pioneers are 9-15, 1-9.

Five Pioneers scored in double figures as the Alfred State men's basketball team defeated Medaille JV 83-64 in their final non-conference game of the season. The Pioneers are now 9-14 on the season.

Basketball Team to Host Free Clinic
The Alfred State men's basketball team will be hosting a free Buddy Basketball Clinic during the month of February. The three days of clinics will culminate with a halftime show at the Pioneers game vs. Jamestown CC on February 23rd.
