McKinney Signs with Dakota State February 28, 2013 Davin McKinney (Syracuse/Nottingham) has signed a letter of intent to continue his academic and athletic career at Dakota State University. Frazer Signs With Norfolk State February 7, 2013 Alfred State defensive back Collin Frazer (Woodbridge, VA) will continue his career at Norfolk State after signing a national letter of intent on Wednesday.
